We are preparing for our final weekend of this exhibit and hope to see many of you at the Kent, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11-5pm with the closing reception on Sunday from 3-6pm.
Next week, we break down, pack up and clear out. If you are interested in a chair or two, we will have them on the Kent’s lawn for the taking on Thursday afternoon, July 4th.
Many of you, when you have returned from being in the exhibition, have asked about the soundscape and if the music is available. Here is Andric Severance’s contact information. He is ready to link you to this wonderful music (which keeps reverberating for me long after leaving the building).
ECHOES is an installation, a felt experience. It is also an exhibit of excellent paintings, photographs and fanciful sculptures that are for sale. Anyone wanting to support these artists and their work and own an original piece from ECHOES for your home or workspace, this weekend is your last chance.
Thanks to Gena Mangiaratti from the Brattleboro Reformer for this comprehensive article.
And our deep gratitude to all the volunteers who have helped us over these past two months. Creative work relies on those interested and willing to join in making the production a success, and ECHOES has certainly been a success.
