The Quarry Project Update

Here we are, at the end of winter in Vermont and the first blue flowers in full bloom. We in the Quarry Project ensemble are excited to be a mere 15 weeks from performance. It has been a long road for sure, with many beneficial surprises along the way adding to the strength of the piece. This newsletter will focus on how you can help. Your participation is integral to the project's success.

DONATIONS
Please consider joining the many supporters of this project by donating either online or via check to Cradle to Grave Arts, Inc., PO Box 8, Chelsea VT 05038. We have $20,000 still to raise. Every dollar goes to the making of this art work and the artists involved. Thank you.

VOLUNTEERS
In order for the performances to be successful, a strong team of people in the “back and front of house” is needed. There are various jobs to be filled:
JUNE creating the “theatre” - Construction crew
JULY dress rehearsals - 1st chance at your task; opportunity to see the work
AUGUST to assist ensemble - Prepare tents & backstage areas; Costume & clothing transport; Close down
AUGUST to assist audience - Prepare the site & seating; Parking & road crossing; Meet/greet & ticket processing; Ushering; Setting up for after-performance; Close down
We need a commitment of a minimum of two performances and a maximum of as many you want to offer. Here is the link to the form to fill out to receive more details. We can’t do this final piece of the puzzle without your help!!!

TICKET UPDATE
May 1st is our goal for tickets to be on sale. Keep your eyes out for notification. You will find all information about the performances here.
